Bush requesting Fox reporter to get him out of a fix.
May not be the case but I thought it was pretty funny that he was actually requesting (hoping) a Fox reporter might be at the briefing:

http://www.editorandpublisher.com/eandp/news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1001019573

BUSH: We've got somebody from Fox here, somebody told me?

Q. Yes, Mr. President, thank you.

BUSH: There you are, kind of blending in.

Saved by Fox! Where's a Gannon when you need him?

But I'm not sure what that word is. German compound words can be so descriptive.

I was puzzled by *'s "blending in" remark, until I remembered all those nature documentaries I've watched. The yellow-bellied chickenhawk, despite its stunning diversity in morphology, can always identify their own species. As with the chicken-sexers of china, scientist are unable to explain this ability. I think the bull chickenhawk of the group, a Bush chickhawk(Falso Bushwa), was having problems since most of the birds in the room(mostly dodos and cowboybirds) have, out of necessity, taken on many of the characteristics of chickenhawks.

Edit: extra have after a have

one of the rare bald yellow-bellied chickenhawks. As I understand it the "tufted yellow-bellied chickenhawks" are those with toupees.

Mimicking another bird hmmm? Sounds a little like a Mimid
The Mimids are a New World family of passerine birds that includes thrashers, mockingbirds, tremblers, and the New World catbirds. As their name (Latin for "mimic") suggests, these birds are notable for their vocalization, especially their remarkable ability to mimic a wide variety of birds and other sounds heard outdoors.

The species tend towards dull grays and browns in their appearance.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mimid

How about this write-up for a wiki entry about chickenhawks?

The human variation of Mimid, that is, the various varieties of yellow-bellied chickenhawks, have a remarkably tendency to repeat "talking points." They are generally have weak constitutions and are prone to anal cysts and college deferments.

Females of almost all species tend to be anorexic in appearance, often with small throat bags (large ones resemble adam's apples) that contain their most virulent vocalizations. Before television appearances female Mimids punch their own throats to help release their toxic speech.

on edit: Welcome to DU. :hi:

 Sorry, I kinda went off on a tangent.

He was obviously looking for this question so he could give the rehearsed answer...:puke:

Q Sorry about that. Does the administration's goal -- I'll ask you about the Iraqi constitution. You said you're confident that it will honor the rights of women.

BUSH: Yes.

Q If it's rooted in Islam, as it seems it will be, is that still -- is there still the possibility of honoring the rights of women?

THE PRESIDENT: I talked to Condi, and there is not -- as I understand it, the way the constitution is written is that women have got rights, inherent rights recognized in the constitution, and that the constitution talks about not "the religion," but "a religion." Twenty-five percent of the assembly is going to be women, which is a -- is embedded in the
constitution.
