3. Aw, shucks. From that date (9/29/04) I thought maybe I'd found
a little wormhole through timespace right here & would be able to get a look at something from next year. I was already try9ing to figure out how I could use my knowledge from the future to game the market.

4. Contrast this with yesterday's NY Times article..

"Against this backdrop, Republican officials were disdainful of the 10 Democrats seeking to challenge Mr. Bush. Their harsh characterization of the field was challenged by Democrats and independent observers as bluster, though it seems to have fed confidence bordering on hubris in Mr. Bush's camp when polls might suggest reason for worry."

<...>
"To a large extent, though, this is a confident campaign, and its assuredness reflects its assessment that the Democrats have produced a weak field. Mr. Gillespie ticked through the candidates in an interview, offering an often disdainful critique."

5. That was the turning of the worm.
Who is now looking at a federal investigation down both barrels.

It is the conservative pundit declaring war on the NeoCons.
I will watch from a respectful distance and yell encouragement.

6. Love the ending:
"...the arrogance quotient at the White House is diminishing. Reporters regularly on that beat say they have been getting their telephone calls returned the last two weeks."

7. oh yeah, Bob???
Until now, George W. Bush always had risen to the occasion. But failure marks current efforts of the president and his vaunted political team, headed by Karl Rove.

Watch out! Now Karl has been targetted by Novakula! :eyes:
