CNN's American Morning about to do feature on Cindy Sheehan
I don't really expect great reporting, but thought others might want to watch as well. It's 8:15 am cst, should be on soon...

1. It'll probably just cover the annoucement about the divorce ....
that was the only part of her story covered locally this morning.

3. "Should the president meet with Sheehan?"
That's how they are promoting the segment. Sounds like they are going to have two women who have lost loved ones in Iraq on to discuss this question. So it is more than the divorce announcement, though again, I don't have high hopes for objective coverage. Every blue moon, though, I get pleasantly surprised by the MSM, so I'm staying tuned in.

2. Cindy Sheehan has to appear in court at 9am there and might be kicked
off land but has that better spot nearer Piggie Craphole, said Medea Benjamin on Bill Press an hour ago.Seems like they'd want to make a media circus out of that.

5. L.A. Times columnist on now
Saying Bush is in a catch-22 situation. Also saying he is the president, he can meet with whoever he wants. If he meets with her now, though, Bush looks like he is capitulating, elevating Cindy's visibility...

6. Kick - the crosses are on CNN now.
One mother speaking against Cindy now, but I think a second is coming up that is supportive.

8. They showed some nice footage of people putting the white crosses up
though it was shown during an intro monologue about Cindy, and didn't give any explanation of why they were putting the crosses up. Still, great shots to get on the air - I'm a fan of baby steps with the MSM in the absence of any other progress.

They had two moms of soldiers killed in Iraq on next, one dissing Cindy, the other cheering her on. All in all, it wasn't a bad segment, IMO.
