Rush Limbaugh thanks God for Bush and high gas prices
'Folks, it's Friday, and people say TGIF a lot, remember that? Thank God it's Friday? I feel like today it's TGIB, thank God it's Bush. I mean, take a look at what's happening out there, seriously now.'

'If you want to go back to when gas prices were exorbitantly high in relation to everything else, go back to good old Jimmy Carter's presidency.'

1. Dick face is wrong about that. At $70 it's the same as when NIXON
was president. The winter of '72 jump was far worse than '79.

2. I doubt that even the Sheepies bill buy that one for long.
Wait until this winter when people in northern climes get their first heating oil bills. They're going to love Limbaugh then. Oil prices rose under Nixon in '73-75 and under Carter, but when they rose under Carter, he tried to do something to bring them down. Bush is not even addressing the problem. Bush is an absolute fool. Is he living in a cocoon? I really think so.

5. I'm still blown away that anybody believes this guy...what did Huxley say?
Something along the lines we won't go kicking and fighting when democracy is taken from us but will gladly hand it over. How braindead do you have to be to not be able to see through this shill?

However, no one will care until the housing bubble crashes and their houses are worth a quarter on the dollar.

BushCo philosophy is to just keep the wars going with the killing & dying to stimulate an artificial recovery as if the economy is flowing. They continue to keep borrowing from China to keep us afloat and pretend money is coming in and keep the housing bubble from bursting, which won't last forever.

BushCo insists on more tax cuts to be made permanent to protect themselves...As interest rates keep rising, our trade & national deficits are becoming almost irreversible, gas prices keep climbing while oil companies reap record profits each quarter. Yet wages are stagnate, high unemployment going up is now sadly a fact of life and personal debt is reaching suicidal proportions.

Divide and conquer, by instigating hate, finger pointing of others, smokescreens for the corporate media to exploit to keep us looking elsewhere, instead of looking at the facts and the lies of our economic nightmare!

Remember long ago, the Clinton days of peace, prosperity, tolerance of others, a military budget under control, budget surpluses and a strong economy?

Oh yeah, but he lied about having sex with his girlfriend.

10. He also conveniently fails to mention
that for a brief period of time gas was .99 cents a gallon under Clinton.

11. No parties at the gas pumps.
You'd think freepers would be happy about this and partying at the gas pumps.

HAHA, not so. I saw a lady with a Bush/Cheney sticker on her Suburban at the pumps & she looked as if she was frowning.
