No amount of whining will stop what's coming at us in the next 3 years
no amount of whining, or writing of letters to congressmen, or waving your arms around in a panic can stop what's coming up on the bush agenda before his tenure is over. complaining and wailing and gnashing of teeth will not prevent or diminish the horror's that bush has planned for what was once america.

things are about to get very, very, very, very, very bad, and at this point, it's too late to stop it.

in the near future, when we're trying to figure out how it all happened right in front of our eyes, we will come up with hundreds of excuses and cop outs. but it's our own damn fault, and we must now live through it and pick up the pieces, AFTER it's too late.

the war department has made it's first war plans EVER inside the us (martial law)

24. That's a lot of shit.
For eight years all the freepers had to worry about was which well paying job offer they wanted accept, and how money they were making in the stock market, and they bitched the whole damn time!

26. After I read your list I actually started thinking about what I would
if martial law took hold here

First thing that popped into my mind was getting access to a boat and heading to Nova Scotia (thankfully I live on the coast in MA) and then I thought if they declare martial law taking over Nova Scotia would be a breeze to them

The 2006 elections can't come quickly enough

14. As I understand it... and tell me if I am wrong.
Bush and bullies have no way out of this catastrophe without saying they are sorry and they messed up. They will never do that. After all, why should they be concerned? Democracy died 5 years ago.

I agree with the opening salvo. It will be worse.

;)

4. 2006 would be nice if people actually decided to vote
but I have the upmost confidence that they will decide not too as they did in 2000 and 2004.

Even if we did win Congress back in 2006, the damage that has been done could take a decade or more to recover from both economically, socially and internationally

Sometimes people take for granted what they have, and until they lose it don't appreciate it

9. I agree, but it is the last chance we have
the problem is they probably already control the voting tabulation, and I don't see major activity going on to correct it

10. i just think it'll take more than voting to repair boy george's damage
it'll take a new attitude among the american people, but they have to feel it first, probably in their pocketbooks. until the great mind changing, things will get really out of hand with these guys in charge

16. All my friends knew it when he said he was going to run
He has lived up to it. It is like he came from another age. Like he really knows what is good for 'his people in his country'. And a lot of people like that. Once they get to DC I hardly trust any of them. I do not think our founding father's did either and that is why they set up this govt. as they did. Now we seem to have a lot of people who do not like it this way. No one is to be checked out any more. Bush just puts in more people like him self.
