Thanks Al Gore, hhe has given us the keys to exposing these creeps, he just gave us a national platform, he has given us Current TV. A chance to be the media, a chance to reach millions.

give it some time. I was listening to Randi on the way home from work and she was discussing it, saying that he was trying a new format. It's not suppose to be political. It's a way for young people to give the news, what's on their mind. She said to give it time.

I checked the link provided by still_one to the various mini-documentaries submitted http://www.current.tv/featured/ and clicked one that I knew something about (the varanasi doc) and found something that almost anyone who encounters it will learn from. Not polemical or academically brilliant, just a report on what someone saw. A small bit of the reality that few actually see for themselves, shared with us all.

Militarizing ordinary police is a typical end run around laws similar to Posse Comitatus. This is very, very dangerous.

Also, the Miami protest covered there used what's believed to be a Rex 84 internment camp to "detain" the protesters for the occasion of the mass arrest.
