2. No new child tax credits - for some and only some a withholding

refund was paid - like the last cut - that will reduce what is your refund next March when you file.

The value of the child credit is now $1000 per child - as it was planned to be in the first tax cut for the rich - only as we accelerated the year the tax benefits begin for the rich, we also accerated the year the increase to 1000 was to occur - to this year.
