5. If he is
Edited on Sat Jul-30-05 01:24 PM by lwfern
someone should tell Air America. That would be an embarrassing blunder to let him have his own show if he's dead.

(You're probably thinking of JFK Jr.)

4. Other-specified
Sam Waterston. He'd make a great candidate, because he's very intelligent (he does research on any project he's involved with) and very interested in helping the world situation (see www.refugeesinternational.org ). Unlike our pResident, he actually went to Ground Zero to help with the rescue/recovery efforts, and didn't require a photo op to do it. I don't know that Mr. Waterston is thinking of taking on any political office, but if he did, I'd be first to volunteer to help.

7. I would also campaign for Alec Bladwin or any other famous,
good looking liveral who is likely to turn the heads of the silly voters of America.

Just not Hilary and not Kerry. I have no interest in wasting my energy on folks who will sell the interests of the people who sacrificed for them down the river at the forst opportunity to appear with Newt or concede an election before all the votes are counted.

9. Angelina VP!
She would certainly turn heads (and does awesome things as good will ambassador). The blood drinking, admitted drug experimentation might hurt, but my God she does turn heads.

8. For President?
I would support most of those candidates for some position or other, but a candidate whose background is media only would not be my first choice, even if it were Jon Stewart or Phil Donahue.

The least likely candidate I would consider supporting might be Donald Trump. When he flirted with the Reform Party nomination, his proposed platform would have included universal health care, reducing the trade deficit, and implementing a one-time, 14% tax on all personal assets of over $10 million with the goal of paying off the entire national debt. It would be hard to find a mainstream candidate with enough chutzpah to propose something like that. I think he would use his tough negotiating and management skills for the good of the country rather than to increase his own wealth.

better president than anyone thinking of running from Congress.

13. I voted "other"
That other would be Brian Schweitzer - the gov. of Montana. I guess I just have a thing for Governors from out of nowhere :)

"I'd also like to say that whatever it is that Howard Dean knows, or whatever it is that he eats for breakfast every morning, if I could give it to every other Democratic office holder and would-be office holder, we would immediately become the majority in the Congress and we would have about 35 governors."

- President Bill Clinton, Nov. 12, 1997

I guess I should have left him up. Anyone who can win in Rural Montana would do well across the country.

19. I voted for RFK Jr. I watched him dismantle Bill O'Riley in a way
I have not seen any other person come close. He was firm and had his facts in line and just crushed O'Riley. I was extremely impressed. I like Bill Moyer's as well. I am not sure John Stewart has the experience to win but who knows.

20. In literal reality I wouldn't campaign for anyone.
I don't have the energy.

I would put up a bumper sticker and a yard sign, and would tell anyone who asked me about them why I'm voting for so-and-so. But that is the extent of my ability to rally voters.

30. Actually, even if we eliminate Barack Obama
since he is already a senator, we have more than enough people to replace those 15 clowns who voted for CAFTA. So I would campaign for any of them for Congress. For President? Bill Moyers. I mean, come on, it's Bill Moyers.
