Could someone email Jay Leno
the bushs first finger picture?You never know he might run it.Also those wild, wacky, stupid, how can this man be president, bushisms.I have always wondered why the late night shows don't run them.

That was on the first episode of Mind Of Mencia on Comedy Central. Carlos Mencia went off on it.. Quite funny...

UPDATE: Sorry, apparantly there are TWO pictures of Bush giving the finger. The one I saw was 5secs before he went live from the Oval Office. The producer was counting down, and Bush turned and looked at the camera, half-smiled, then finger out. And back down just as they went live. END EDIT

you can probably find the episode on LimeWire or similar. Or maybe Comedy Central ONDEMAND if you have that.
