Are there any cops that post here?

All the recent "cop=bad" & "cop=good" dialogue makes me wonder if we have any DUer police officers on board. If so: let's hear from you..... If not: WHY?

2. I'm not a cop...but

Progressives have to start modifying their way of thinking. We need to start getting Progressives in the Police Departments, Fire Departments, and pretty much any agency that is mission-critical to everyday life in general. The only thing that has save Progressives and Liberals in general is the fact that most Police Departments and Fire Departments are Unionized.

My best friend is in law enforcement in NY. She says she is the ONLY liberal in the department, surrounded by very vocal Bush lovers, she's miserable!

We have our own website, www.disabledcops.com.

Most of our friends in law enforcement are still Dems. To my knowledge most cops are, however it looks like Firemen in NYC were turning Republican until the non-funding issue concerning Sept 11th.

Stop hating occupations, we sound like freepers.

I just think it would be helpful
to hear some insights from these folk.... We get so many anecdotes, ie: "my uncle was a good cop" etc. ..... Where are the posting cops? fire fighters?
