Anybody with problems accessing RawStory? (403 error)

I noticed the problem last night. Anybody else having the same problem?

I was told it has to do with my internet access settings. However, I did not change them since I had this problem and now can access RawStory. So, I don't know for sure.

Did somebody at rawstory tell you this?
Just curious - I can't think of any settings that would cause a 403 to occur.

On edit: For the OP: I haven't had any problems accessing it.

6. The problem with the Raw Story site is their pop-unders and cookies

The day before yesterday, I got nine --- that is 9 -- pop-unders for X-box. My cookie "bell" goes off big time when I access that site. All of those things take time to load on some computers. I love Raw Story and the work they do, but I don't even like to go there anymore.

But I use the Norton package of pop-up blockers and firewall and I never get a pause from Raw Story.

9. 403 error is their end, as far as I know - but how to ask them?

A 403 error is usually a server permissions problem. However, if they've been getting attacked, RS might have restricted the IP addresses that access the site.... But without accessing the site, I can't exactly tell them about the problem.... help....

Also, as far as the popups etc. are concerned, that's not the problem, because I already had them filtered out and never had any problems.

I'll wait another day or so, I guess.

I miss RS though.... :-(
