How to pay for the war

Hope I'm not stealing someone else's idea. Probably am but oh well I just thought of it.

Everybody that supported the war and was cheering * on all last winter and spring should get an extra tax bill in the mail and split the cost evenly amongst themselves. Those of us who opposed the war should get a tax break since we did what we could to stop this from happening but they didn't listen to us.
