DAMN! I love listening to Karel, and most Sat/Sun I keep tuned
to KGO. They have a lot of hosts I like to listen to.

TONIGHT, I turned it OFF! Dr. Bill Wattenburg usually talks about a lot of diverse subjects, and I've actually learned a lot from his expertise. NOW he's radically slamming everyone who's supporting Wilson and slamming Rove! Talk about spreadint the RW talking points He's going way beyond that!

I will try to remember to tune into Webb at 9AM tomorrow morning, but this AH has driven me totally off KGO tonight!

1. I last with Dr Strangeglove at most 5 minutes.
It only takes that long for him to put down someone calling in with progressive views.

Since Air America, at 960 am, started in the Bay Area, I only listen to Bernie Ward on KGO,
and Ray if I'm up past 1.

9. He is an evil mofo!
Dr. Strangelove is very intelligent, but will lie about anything to carry water for ChimpCo Inc.

He's a hard core, neo-con, lying, dirtbag scum of the highest order.

2. You might find Nate Clay's program really good tonight
There's a link here at DU on the Latest page. He's on WLS in Chicago. Discussing Islam tonight in the context of events. The program just started at the top of this hour.

4. That's who I'm listening to now.
I seem to remember when I listened to him in the past, I didn't like what ever came on after him.

I know that shouldn't matter, but you have to understand, I live in Ga! I like to just lay in bed and listen to one station and not have to get up and go load another streaming station!

Sorry, I get pretty lazy after midnight!

5. Funny you should mention listening in bed
I'm seriously trying to figure out how to get a recliner in this small office room. As it is, I have my feet propped on the top of the desk with keyboard in my lap. Hubby and I talked about rigging up a laptop with a wireless connection and one speaker in the bedroom. Lately, the streams break off and need restarting. So, we do need to have the keyboard handy.

Georgia! I feel your pain. I'm in Colorado and that's bad enough. I listen to Ray T via archives. And I've written to WLS and Nate lobbying for archives of Nate. He's the only one of "our" programs that isn't archived.

6. Well, I have my computer in my bedroom!
The only time my computer breaks a link is when windows auto update runs and reboots the damn coumputer automatically. Happened last night and I swore at it! ;o))

I sometimes do fall asleep during some of the shows, but I still like hearing most of them and waking up to Ray in the AM1!

7. PC World has an article about how wireless has gotten much better
This tempts me greatly. And with a birthday not too far on the horizon, I'm thinking that a laptop would be just the ticket. Meantime, we do get AAR reruns in the middle of the night. But I have to wonder how many nighmares sprang from a Mike Malloy rant in the wee hours. Ray T would be easier. Calling W "The little turd in the White House" cracks me up every time.

10. WLS changed some of their streaming stuff a couple of weeks ago
Go to their website and select your listening choice again.

It worked for me.

11. Thanks
I'll try as soon as I'm done listening to Rep. John Conyers (Randi's show yesterday -radiopower.com replay) :)

Posting nightmare fodder to keep us tossing and turning. This one is particularly gross - which I'm sure pleases you no end!

15. Actually,
I didn't merge the layers... I rarely do. That way, I can go back later on and tweek it until it's what I REALLY want it to be... which evolves over time. :D

16. I use PhotoImpact...
And I did some mapping work like that a while back but didn't save my steps. I mapped faces to an old tree and the U.S. flag to a rockface. But I'd have to go back and work my way through from scratch. :banghead:
