I just want to take this oppurtunity to thank all my friends on DU, too numerous to individually list without forgetting someone, and thank them for thier support on this forum. I also want to thank Skinner for this wonderful website. It's da bomb. :D)

I am a disabled person who only gets out of the house for physical therapy, church, and lobbying once a month. If I am able. As you can see I am pretty well isolated. Anyhow I just wanted to give all of you people a great big hug for putting up with my mood swings and bad typing, and keeping my intellect sharp. You guys are awesome. And I just wanted you to know that I sincerly and humbly appreciate your friendship and patience.

After the election I fell in a three week depression. I was lying in bed just like Brian Wilson did.

Listened to Pet Sounds and the Beach Boys box set a lot last year.

The election was, pure and simple, a victory for ignorance. (Stolen, or not, and I believe it was stolen.)

Nothing wrong with schlock when you need it. Neil Diamond was a really good songwrite when he started out, but Barenaked Ladies just GRATE on my nerves...! They fall into the "You Think You're Really Clever, But Not As Clever As You Think You Are, And You Are Clever In Some Ways, But Not Nearly As Clever As You Think You Are, So It All Cancels Out" category.

The one I can stand the most is probably "Brian Wilson"

only got out for church and the occasional movie, so I feel ya Dan.

I know that the best thing for me was Reiki therapy and a great medical advisor. I'm doing much more these days. Come to the alternative medicine forum and talk with us sometime if your'e interested, and take care of yourself!

I am amazed I got my old man and brother to vote for kerry this year. The swift boat vet garbage failed in thier case. My dad was a career marine DI and said he would never again volunteer for service. I was on last nite than I had to get offline
because we got a big thunderstorm..
Before yesterday tho I was away,
But Dammit I got to admit it ,
I had no net axcess in Ithaca.
So yes, I missed Y'all!
And if anoner ids interested... Cayuga lake in Ithaca has some seriously KICKASS fishing spots!WOW!!
And some HUGE fish!My eyeballs popped out.
The lake water is so clear you can see'em.
