Oh, its getting good! Bob Novak is now apparently a PSYCHIC because NO ONE (especially NOT KARL ROVE -- did they mention that it was ESPECIALLY NOT KARL ROVE?) LEAKED the fact that "Wilson's Wife" was a CIA Agent -- he just picked it up with his "Double Super Secret Psychic Reporter Ring!"

And how do we now know about Novak's super powers? Well, this is my favorite bit:

"The person, who works in the legal profession and spoke only on condition of anonymity because of grand jury secrecy" --

So, we now have "leaks" about "grand jury testimony" from folks in the legal profession about how TREASON happened -- isn't this just great? Let's trust these folks with "important" information, because their integrity is just -- um, yeah. Do I need to finish that?

Anyway, forget "Douche Bag of Liberty" -- Novak has become the "Miss Cleo" of Newspaper Reporters!

So, once the "Psychic Reporter" defense fails, what will they try next? OOOH! It was the PRESIDENT'S DOG!!! No, THE CAT!!!

to keep everything pretty quiet so far (which is one of the reasons I'm confident this "leak" is probably a fake), and I'm hoping for REALLY GOOD NEWS soon. In the meantime, its so much fun to watch them SQUIRM!

grand jury transcripts, so those leaks are coming from Rove's lawyers. That's why they are self serving.

you are correct. The defense gets the transcripts of witnesses for the prosecution before trial, but not as the grand jury proceedings are ongoing.
