McClellan: "No excuse for murdering innocent men, women, and children..."
Today in his press conference, Scott McClellan stated that "there is simply no excuse for murdering innocent men, women, and children." He was referring primarily to the recent attacks in London. However, the irony of Iraqi civilians cluster-bombed, shot at check-points, and beaten to death in prisons was apparently lost on him.

3. Can that same moral principle be applied to the U.S. military
...in Iraq? Also, to our president who sets policy and authorizes the commanders?

9. It doesn't count when the good guys drop the cluster bombs, shoot
the unarmed at checkpoints, or beat prisoners to death. You see, it is a black and white world, good and evil and it's plain and simple, the good guys do good and the evil guys do evil, the good guys are never at fault and never are accountable and the evil guys are always at fault and always must be held accountable.

10. I think that I am starting to understand...
When people we don't like in the U.S. kill innocent civilians, it is murder and they deserve the death penalty...

When people we don't like overseas kill innocent civilians, it is terra-rism...

When friendly dictators kill innocent civilians (e.g., Uzbekistan), it is crowd control...

And when we kill innocent civilians, it is collateral damage.

I think I've got it!

14. I think we all should be getting it by now, but the true-believers don't
give a diddled-damn how many innocents are killed by our hand IMHO.
