Rove/Plame has penetrated the Evangelical media!

When I am driving, I listen to Chicago 90.1 WMBI, which is the Moody Bible Institute's radio station. This is an outfit that has Jerry Jenkins of Left Behind fame on their board (or else airs a program that has him on their board, it wasn't quite clear). They also have Focus on the Fascism.

They have news every so often, and tonight while I was driving, their news reported that the white house had been insisting for two years that Rove wasn't involved, and that damaging evidence had come to light that he was.

It was spin that would warm the heart of anyone who cares about truth in government and national security, and on evangelical radio!

5. Even Scarborough said tonight (I never watch him, but saw a few

minutes tonight) said that he and other Republicans would have been all over the Clinton WH for not firing someone who did this, especially during a time of war. But Rep. King of NY was on and he lied about Joe Wilson (for starters) and Plame's job, and Scar agreed, but still insisted that Bush needs to hold Rove to a higher standard. Even a thug like Scar gets it.

My take is that they have been held back for sooooo long by their editors, etc, and the threat of being destroyed, that they are taking this and running with it with a vengeance. They were out for blood at the press conference.
