BushCo's newest Supreme Court nominee requirement?

Will BushCo be looking to find a potential Supreme Court nominee that will let Rove, et al, off the hook?

Or will he simply give pardons to whoever actually gets nailed in this Plame-gate conspiracy?

I think his "confidence" in KKKarl and the rest of his buddies comes from his magic wand presidential pardon power (which scares me to death).

Thoughts?

...in the noses of a lot of repukes nearing the end of their rope with the party as it is... Might just be enough to win us (soundly, even with voter fraud) the 2008 election. We can always hope!
