WRH: The answer is that there was an anti-terror exercise taking place at the exact same time and in the exact same stations where the bombs went off. Nobody noticed strange looking people with suspicious packages on the cameras because during an exercise, one expects to see strange looking people with suspicious packages.

is this true or is the response extreme sarcasm for whatever reason?? (eg, a play on the actual exercise that on 9-11 that 'explains' why there was no air response to the attacks)

Don't confuse me with someone who sees a conspiracy behind every headline. But just because there are so many crap conspiracy theories abounding from the left and right doesn't mean that there aren't some true conspiracies.
