The source I used was debka, and even though I realize that debka has a bias, there stories are 75% correct. In fact I have seen other sources on MSM that didn't get locked that are much more unreliable.

This particular story didn't even have a particular bias to it, just reporting that fahd in saudi arabia is in bad shape:
