Suggestion for the new WTC "Freedom Tower" design

There's been a lot of quibbling about the design for the new "Freedom Tower."

Let's stop being coy about this and just make it into what it's supposed be anyway: a giant penis.

The new freedom tower should be a 1776 foot penis that ejaculates streams of red, white, and blue light from the tip at night time. Then at the bottom, it can have a dedicatory plaque that says "Standing Erect in the face of Terror" or something to that effect.

Since the new tower is to be primarily a vulgar propaganda symbol rather than a memorial, why not just go all out in its vulgarity.

7. why is it necessary to build something as big as (or bigger than) . . .

the World Trade Center? . . . that's kind of an adolescent reaction to what happened . . . it would make far more sense to rebuild the area with structures closer to human scale, buildings that are both useful and beautiful . . . it's really not necessary to "make a statement" by building "bigger and better" . . .
