Fighting for Freeper's rights too....
The really ironic thing about liberals is we
fight for Freeper's rights also...for the rights
of the KKK to wear their cowardly robes, for
the right of a James Dobson et al to spew lies
and hate regarding other Christians, for this
administration to continue lying in public while
doing the opposite in private.

Irony isn't dead and as long as liberals are
alive, America isn't either.

3. Well, for equal rights
Their version of rights excludes the s, as in 'we are right'. When you're dealing with rational rights, like health care, the right to not go to a war that's as illegitimate as the president himself, then yeah it's for everyone. Yet when dealing with the rights to beat up people because you don't like their color; the right to put only your side of the story on the media because you share similar interests with other cultural dissent, or the right to blame homosexuals for things like 9/11 or the corruption of youth, really liberals are all about taking away rights. ;)

I guess it's all a matter of opinion in the end. We fight so people can have rights that make sense, they often fight so people can have the right to carry large semi automatics in the case of a godzilla attack (as you know, liberals would just want to give godzilla therapy.)

4. I fight for Freeper rights every time I support increased spending on
public education.

I know plenty of educated conservatives, and they don't think or act like the Freepers. Educated conservatives can debate policy with liberals and still wind up with a cooperative society.

I view the inability of the Freepers to coexist with liberals as rooted in, not in their espoused conservatism, but in their lack of education.
