he hasn't - the only thing that brought his numbers up was 9-11, fear and war - the Iraq invasion debacle is eroding his numbers these past few months - so all he has left is 9-11 and fear of another 9-11.

Rover-boy's comments about 9-11 were designed to pick open that wound again and further divide a divided America.
