3. I'm going to remember every one of these "up or down" votes
when we take back the majority. I now the Republican minority will certainly support it then. Not filibuster the shit out of Democratic nominations like they did with Clinton. They won't flip-flop-flip will they?

By the way, who owns 'upordown.com'....let me guess...another RNC astroturf organization.

4. I saw a television ad along the same line today
It was on Fox (it's the only channel they'll play at my gym) and pulled out all the quotes the Repugs hate: that * is a loser and a liar (Reid retracted the former, but not the latter), etc. At the end it says to expect the Dems to immediately attack any Supreme Court nomination * makes.

Can we see where this is going?

The Dems need an ad of an angry father yelling at his kids, "Sit down, shut up and do it my way! It's my way or the highway!" Is this the kind of behavior you'd want from your kids' father? Then why should we accept it from the president?

This is a war. The Repugs get it -- do the Dems?
