Or would he prefer to hang on if he could until there was a different president?

4. I guess it is hear say -- I got into a conversation with his
sister-in-law. She said he would stay as long as he could. He doesn't want * to make the appointment. He doesn't like * or poppy.

but this really doesn't surprise me any. He's old and sick. I got the impression he doesn't care for shrub and his minions.
