1. Thank you, brettdale. We need to see this changing number
daily, as sad as it is.

3. a mom's hell...
My oldest son is somewhere around Baghdad.Every day, every hour - I watch for the reports on casualties, holding my breath. So many more young lives are being wasted, for this sham war. It's hard to convey the anger and frustration I feel every waking moment. The deaths of our soldiers falling behind the runaway bride as far as most of this nation is concerned. And don't even mention the injured soldiers-if you listened to MSM,you'd think no one was ever injured.I feel like this nation has failed my son,our soldiers, and me.

4. Hey, w8liftinglady, I'm sorry for your worry and I guess
DU isn't exactly allaying your fears, but IMHO you will read the truth here. I'm glad you are here, and I hope your son stays safe.

5. Truth is a good thing
I'd rather know the truth, and work to implement change, than to live in a "soccer-mom" fantasy and do nothing. Thanks for the hug,girl...

6. I Changed My 2 Signs This Morning
It was 1,718 then. One of the signs was ripped down this afternoon. That's OK. At least the person who ripped it down is aware of the number. If he or she rips down my sign again tomorrow maybe they'll notice the number is larger. Maybe it will take a couple of ripped down signs for them to notice the number keeps going up.

Everyone has their price. At some point each individual will say 'no more'. I just keep them aware.
