once logged in, a window will come up of your account , choose add picture 'browse' button
it will show your desktop, where you should have your picture saved (make sure the option 'files of type' shows 'all files)

when you've located the pic, highlight and click open, click submit.

once the pic is in your PB account, copy the address it gives it, and post addy in your message.
