Bill Clinton will be on the Ed Schultz Show today
Lets hope he does a better job answering any questions on the DSM than he did last night.

2. Clinton serves the same "elite" as bush --- he has had several
opportunities to make an impact -- he's punted.

3. I agree.
Dems are no different than Repugs. They're all self serving, and get payoffs bigtime! They all work for the corporations.

4. Read this-
http://www.counterpunch.org/stclair03062004.html The first time I ever heard someone say Bill Clinton was the best Republican President ever, I found it refreshing for its honesty. He reformed welfare, cut the size of government, did NAFTA, and projected military power.

5. The main reason why the Repukes hate him
was that he was a Democrat.

If he was a Republican, with everything exactly the same (including Monica) - they'd be running around trying to put his name on everything that doesn't say "Ronald Reagan" . . .

10. Nice to see we'e turning on our own...
Clinton is underplaying these issues because he doesn't want to steal any thunder from Hillary. Nothing wrong with that. He didn't endorse Bushes handling of things, just wasn't particularly partisan.

11. Clinton
was horrendous. On top of that to claim he had no knowledge or very little and to not have read the DSM is only doing Hannity's and O'Reilly's job for them. Making every issue unimportant. Diminishing it.

14. It was the Letterman Show for Christ sake. What did you expect him to do?
Scream like Howard Dean that Bush is evil? That would have gone over really well. I thought Clinton did fine but was not prepared. I hope today he will be more prepared for the question plus talking to a different audience (a political audience not a light funny talk show audience).

Clinton's answer on Letterman was fine: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=104&topic_id=3880012&mesg_id=3882501

today. I have no beef with Clinton and I am looking forward to listening to him today.
