Dean Supporters: I NEED YOUR HELP TODAY!

Out of the blue I was called by one of our local radio talk show hosts (his time slot is up against Hannity's on a rival station) asking if I would be the featured guest for an hour today. The topic is, "Why Howard Dean for America?"

I'm on between 3:00 and 4:00 PST and I would LOVE for as many of you as possible to call in. The call-in number is [phone].

Unfortunately, there is NO streaming audo for this very small station so you'll be calling in "blind" so-to-speak.

I have exactly 2 hours to get ready for this and I'm nervous as hell but invigorated at the same time.

Wish me luck and I would REALLY REALLY REALLY appreciate it if you guys could keep this kicked up at least to the first page until the show is over.

This is a great! Fresno is quite the conservative area and this is a wonderful opportunity to spread the Democratic message. I will call in to support your efforts at free speech and the Democratic party ideals.

11. I won't be able to call but I'll just leave you with a few suggestions

1. Dean is intelligent and thinks on his feet. He usually has a viable answer to questions, unlike Bush, who can't give a factual answer on issues.

2. Dean is a centralist on the economy and gun control, but recognizes a mistake in foreign policy (like Iraq) when he sees one.

3. Dean is familiar with balancing a budget and providing a health care plan for his state.

4. Dean will stand up and say "Bush is wrong".

5. Dean is for state-defined gun control, which is a huge issue in the South and West.
