reading a post about Mark Felt and Watergate, it occurred to me . . .
that every one of the BushCo crew -- Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, Frist, Delay, etc. -- KNOW they are criminals . . . they KNOW they have violated the law -- in some cases repeatedly -- and, just like Nixon, covering up their criminal acts must, of necessity, become a primary concern for each and every one of them . . . this makes them a) very dangerous, and b) highly likely to commit additional crimes . . .

1. The sad thing is, that they are doing it all out in the open
It is only marginally covered up. The difference between NixonCo and BushCo is that Nixon did not have the press corps in his pocket.

2. Yep
Quite sad. They aren't even trying to hide it at all. They don't need to since they have the media on their side to spew out their propoganda and control all the government.

3. What government?
Stop giving the media any power. They aren't mainstream. They're corporate. Even corporate slimeballs can wake up, thats how they changed to report the news.

Giving the media power makes them able to control you and everyone else...Focus and what determines your reality. Don't give them any power at all. Let them bankrupt themselves like Fox News, and then at the last edge see if they grow a spine.

4. John Dean said it all . . .

.
Attorney John Dean (Nixon's whitehouse counsel) said it all when he stated:

" 'Once (GWBush and his Administration were) ensconced
in their offices at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, ... they quietly
closed their doors, pulled the shades and began making
themselves increasingly inaccessible to the media and
Congress while demanding complete control over government
information. Government under a virtual gag order became
their standard operating procedure. ' " -- Los Angeles Times
reporter John M. Glionna, May 9, 2004, "Then and Now Nixon's
Ex-Counsel Blasts Secrecy of Bush White House," quoting John
W. Dean from Dean's new book entitled "Worse Than Watergate."
Dean was the star Congressional witness in the Watergate
impeachment hearings of Nixon in 1974.

" ' This administration is truly scary and, given the times
we live in, frighteningly dangerous.' And when it comes to
lies and cover-up, the Bush crowd makes the Nixon
administration look like amateurs. As (John) Dean writes,
they 'have created the most secretive presidency of my
lifetime … far worse than during Watergate.' " -- Los
Angeles Times reporter Robert Scheer, March 30, 2004,
"Bush Puts a 'Cancer on the Presidency' - Watergate
Insider Calls This White House 'Scary', " quoting John W.
Dean from Dean's new book entitled "Worse Than Watergate."
Dean was President Richard Nixon's White House counsel
and was the star Congressional witness in the Watergate
impeachment hearings of Nixon in 1974.
