Because he couldn't get Dean to come on his show for about 6 months. Which is understandable, although sometimes he comes off like he's pouting about it. I wish Dean had been on more too, we need our party leaders to speak out. I think Ed is a supporter of Dean overall, he's just feeling a little shunned lately.

I don't think Ed is actually being that hard on Dean though. I think he's right about some things though. If any Democrat was to give a speech where they said "there is no crisis in social security" and also "republicans are fascists" (both of which are true), which do you think the media will run with? I also agree that we spend too much time and effort reacting to the republicans rather than getting our own message out there.

I don't think Ed or Dean are the bad guys in this case. As usual, its the republicans and their corporate media allies that are trying to create distraction and division. They're always looking for ways to avoid talking about the crimes of the bush administration. Unfortunately, it appears to be working, as their seems to be a fair amount of infighting going on today again.

17. I heard the beginning when he was going off on Dean and I turned

him off because I'm just sick of it. I don't listen to progressive talk radio to get disheartened.

The last few days have had a lot of Dem on Dem bashing. Ed was just the last one to do it when I had reached my limit. I haven't even participated in any of the numerous threads on Dean's comments and other peoples reactions. Some of this just needs to blow over.

That does concern me that his show has been sold to a Bush guy.

We'll see.
