We have to stick behind our prez like we stick behind our children..
we have to question what they are doing but we are still there for them...
the republicans response on why she felt the need to vote for bush..
"because we are at war and we have to stick behind him like we do our children"

we send them off into a corner to think about it. We don't pat them on the head, give them a cookie, and tell them to go screw up even more.

2. In that case, I think it's time for some tough love, since
BushCo obviously didn't get enough timeouts during their formative years! They need to resign this job, apologise, and pay for the damage out of their allowance.

Okay, to follow that analogy, we 'stick' in front of our children, not behind them. Or maybe she is suggesting Dubya is a child. If so, he should have been sent off to boarding school long ago.
