I was thinking about Mark Felt and Nixon

and the impeachment of Nixon & Clinton. As much as I was happy Nixon did leave office it is NOTHING in comparison to what * & Company have done in the last 4 + years and they are still there. If this isn't a perfect example of how our country has changed I don't what is.

1. It all comes down to gerrymandering.

The gerrymandering we have today started after the 1990 census.

It brought a Republican House in the 1994 election, which means no real investigations.

Democrats need to gerrymander Illinois, New Mexico and Louisiana for Republicans to take an interest in ending gerrymandering.

It isn't hypocrisy for Democrats to criticize Tom DeLay for gerrymandering Texas and then do the same thing.

It's self-defense.

2. Call it what you want ....but it is shocking

how not only do we have a one pary country but we have no accountability,for anything, among the 3 branches...Exactly what our founding fathers worried about exists today.and unless we can overthrow the congress in 2006 it will continue.
