It would be just too obvious if a Liberal City such as San Francisco were to be hit with a Smallpox outbreak or Anthrax. Utah has been giving the NeoCons a bit of a hard time lately, (Orrin Hatch and his Stem Cell approach) and what with all the religious implications and Polygamy happening there they would immediately get all Conservative support and stop a black eye from developing further. It would be so Rovian. Small enough to not really matter much in the scheme of things for the GOP yet Heartland enough to really "strike fear" into America. Probably happen this year sometime and Iran will be blamed for it. Just a thought on how I believe their minds work.
