Neocon job: a message for Paul Wolfowitz

Neocon job: Filipinos in suburban Manila bend over forward to show how they feel about World Bank President Paul Wolfowitz, who spent his first day on the job. Protesters allege that World Bank policies manipulate poor countries, including the Philippines, leaving them even more in arrears.

1. he is going to launder money...
for NEO-Conservative causes, using the world bank pulpit.

Developing regions of the world aren't going to reap a penny while he is on office.

This is collateral damage from the '04 election, except in this case the poorest of the nations have to pay.
