GW Stamp
From an email...

The U.S. Postal Service created a stamp earlier this year with a picture of President Bush to "highlight" his achievements while in office.

However, it was found that in daily use the stamp was not sticking to
envelopes at all. So the President established a blue ribbon commission to determine the reason for such a defect. as though we didn't know

After a month's testing and several million dollars paid to republican consultants, the commission made the following findings:

1. The stamp was found to be made to specifications.

2. There was nothing wrong with the consistency of the applied adhesive.

3. People were just spitting on the wrong side.

9. You should put the stamps on their side so that when the
postal folks stamp it, it appears that Bush is behind bars!

Used to do that with the Richard Nixon stamps.

10. They need to put him on the food stamp, because...
By the time 2008 rolls around 99% of America will probably be out of work and unemployment compensation and be eligible for food stamps!
