I heard a rumor. Someone I know saw a photo with a soldier posed by the head, supposedly taken on Ft. Lewis. It's creepy to imagine the thing is being hoarded like some battle trophy (hidden away like Pancho Villa's head). I wonder if they are saving it for some future propaganda purpose.

11. but it's so big that there wouldn't be any room left on w's desk for work
... oh, yeah. I forgot that it was Georgie we're talking about -- so there wouldn't be any books or briefing notes, anyway.

12. He's too busy falling off of his bicycle for work
Maybe we should get him one of those really big tricycles so he doesn't get another boo-boo.

4. I think it's either mounted on the nose of Air Force 1
like some obscene hood ornament -or- in Dick Cheney's trophy room.

I have it on extremely close authority that Harlan Crow, son of Dallas uberdeveloper Trammel Crow purchased the statue. He thought this thing would cool down a long time ago and he could bring it home to Dallas. This guy has an in-home collection of antiquities that ANY museum in the world would envy.

14. FYI :Harlan Crow gave 25K Seed-money to the SwiftBoatLiars, and collects
statues of Dictators (Lenin, among others). He's obsessed with dictators. That's why he loves GW.

15. So who sold it to him?
Some soldiers on ebay? Bizarre. I like the idea of a garden of deposed dictators. I can think of some I'd want represented.

It's cheaper than a penile implant, and no side effect of blindness. Oh shit, did I actually say "mounted"??
