they became charismatic born again Christians way back in the 70's, but they've always been and still are, lifelong, die hard, yellow dog democrats who hate bush with a burning passion.

it takes all kinds, and i'll take their help in the fight against buschco and the new nazis.

i'm not saying that christian conservative democrats are rare, i'm just saying that you'd hardly know they exist with all the blowhard christian conservative republican assholes out there fucking it up for the rest of them.

they exist, in large numbers, and they are getting pissed off.

Mine are a lot like that. But Lordy, they come back from their megachurch and just groan at the number of idiots and blowhards with their ignorance, their bad theology and paganisms and magical thinking and inability to tolerate dissent.
