2. why, what does it really mean
It will have NOTHING to do with the actual vote

It will give traffic to an organization, MSNBC, which is part of the corporate media

A much more productive action would be to contact the "so-called" DEMOCRATIC Senators who will vote yes to confirm him. In the end if they do vote yes, use your energies to see that these Senators, are defeated

Bolton's nomination should be withdrawn. The White House has lost this one, even if he's eventually confirmed, he's damaged goods.

11. I hate to say it, but I honestly think he will get through.
Let's face it. Anything * wants, he gets.

He could nominate someone who was found guilty of 30 counts of pedophilia to be the Secretary of Education and get it.

He could nominate Pat Buchanon and Jerry Falwell to the Supreme Court, and get it.
