when our election chair addressed the dem party (which he claimed to be a member of) before the elections, many concers were raised regarding electronic voting and voter verified paper trail. now that electronic voting seems to be a done deal, he mails a retirement party invitation that says this:

To me it sounds as if he is suggesting that Bush has taken over for good, kind of a subtle dig on the imperial dreams of BushCo. Not sure though, I could be a complete idiot ;)
