Use of Anonymous Uncorroborated Erroneous Sources Must Stop!

So, given the Bush administration's loose use of uncorroborated sources, and the resulting loss of life, should we expect the U.S. to apologize? Or, as the White House pointed out with respect to Newsweek, perhaps an apology is not good enough, maybe we can retract the war? Should I hold my breath and expect and expression of regret from Rice, Cheney and Bush similar to that offered by the Newsweek reporter?

Maybe Bush will publish a letter of apology similar that offered by the Editor-In-Chief for Newsweek. Perhaps we can get Cheney/Bolton and the other chicken hawks to apply the same vetting procedures they are apparently advocating for the media to the intelligence they purportedly rely on.
