He was NOT supportive of the "compromise" and was not very happy about it. This should be good.

3. I do believe he's going to run.
I hope so. I LOVE the guy. He was the only Senator to oppose the Patriot Act and now this. :) He's a great guy.

He will not vote for Owen. :)

6. He said he didn't vote for cloture, and
he will not vote for Owen. I don't believe rejected judicial nominations should be resubmitted. If a vote to confirm is final, then a vote to reject should be final. It cheapens the process to renominate someone just because of a few changes of seats in an election. Mr. President, I yield the floor.
