5th Circuit - Owens - was already lost to us.

5th Circuit - Owens - was already lost to us.
I can't remember where I read over the weekend that the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals was already one of the most conservative courts. Another conservative getting on it doesn't really make any difference.

I think that the 6th Circuit - where Saad was nominated - was more important.

Anyone knowledgeable about each of the 10 nominees, the court they are nominated for and the current make-up of the court?
