I do worry with the 'negotiations' going on in closed meetings that it's going to be a big thumbs up for these last few circuit court judges through an up or down vote. But there will be a gentlemen's agreement to allow filibuster for SCOTUS should the need/opportunity come to pass during Bush's term (which it will).

Then, when it does come, Frist will throw it all out the window, Cheney will appear, and *poof*--there goes the filibuster. Of course, Bush will already have his 100%.

Not likely, I know. But they scare the crap out of me on a daily basis.

BTW, has ANY President EVER had 100% of their nominees approved?
