but I'm not much for more than reading the KOEB threads occasionally. I used to read them in ERD, but they moved out a couple of times, and got waaaay off topic of the show most nights, so I was never much interested in jumping in.

Yes, the other thread covers the content too, but one primarily devoted to content would be nice.

And I agree it should be here, on GD.

(Don't get me wrong, the other thread is just fine for those who adore it. I admit to reading it from time to time as there are some very clever ladies posting to that thread and they entertain me.)

I grow discouraged when I turn in and his lead story is the Wendy's finger or the Runaway Bride. I don't watch that crap. There is always real news but THEY-and oh wouldn't I like their head on a platter-don't allow it. I know it's not what he would chose to report upon.

His is the only cable news I watch and will ever watch until the coup is OVER. Also, he was the only one to cover for days anything to do with election irregularities 2004 (or as we call it-Stolen Election part deux) and he covered it seriously. The others then covered it (from what I read on DU) and then (quell surprise) dismissed it as a drumroll..."conspiracy theory".

Not sure why Jon and TDS are on vacation for Sweeps Month, but I know the Stewart gang's reruns are still beating MY local news at 11.

So then....I see DU needs to focus and support Olbermann right now, I don't think there's anyone else on MSM that comes close?

But this is just me I suppose, why dwell on negative when I can jump aboard the positive.
