What is the rush on secretly reinstating the Patriot Act and Real ID bill?

Im curious why there was a secret meeting by the Senate Intellgence Committee today to apprarently ram through again specific provisions of the Patriot Act which erode the rights of all American citizens in the event of a "terrorist attack", along with the ramrodding through of the RealID Act.

Both of these together would and will insure Martial Law on all Americans if just the right event occur on American soil.

Whats the hurry and why the secrecy to pass a law that could potentially put us all under Martial law?

1. Fascist Totalitarianism.

Certainly, they can't expose their agenda directly. They can't debate and vote on the legislation directly.

So they bury and hide it in budget appropriation attachments and other legislation that no Senator has time to read.

Why? Because they know that the crimes of treason are piling up and that their only hope to escape the wrath of the American people is to take away our rights to get rid of these class criminals.
