Robert Kelly told police he attacked the blackish-brown, spayed cat because she continually came on his property and tried to enter his home in the 1500 block of Monte Diablo Avenue, San Mateo police Lt. Tom Daughtry said. A woman told police that she had noticed what was happening as she drove by and tried to intervene, but Kelly threatened her with the (golf -Ed.) club.
