In a terror state can they sustain the Constiution?

This was brought up in the film "9/11: The Greatest Lie Ever Sold" and I just watched this part. Basically it says they can invoke the military and can arrest Americans in the name of terrorism and the Constiution no longer matters. Could this be what is going on now and why the democrats can't do anything? Could this be why the republicans want to get rid of the filibuster so the plan will be complete? Just some thoughts from me.

I've seen a few of his stuff and I'm up to listening to what he says. Some stuff seems a bit out there but I listen anyways because you never know. Better safe then sorry I always say.
