Law suit against the current American administration alleging that the government has exceeded its constitutional authority by implementing a scheme for global dominance called "Project for the New American Century."

A lawsuit was filed on January 14, 2005, in the U.S. District Court in Reno, Nevada against President Bush and Vice President Cheney. The lawsuit alleges that both defendants have acted outside the scope of their job description in waging a war against Iraq. The complaint alleges that both defendants and others working within the White House and Defense Department have covertly implemented a white paper called “Rebuilding America’s Defenses” as presented by the Project for the New American Century or PNAC in September, 2000 two months before the murky elections of that year. Among the persons signing the paper were Richard Cheney and Jeb Bush. While the paper was published on the internet, implementation of it by the White House has been in secret. As we begin 2005, the most prominent and urgent need is to disassemble the fascist government that has taken over the United States in the past four years. To that end I have filed a lawsuit in Reno Nevada on January 14, 2005 against George W. Bush and Dick Cheney in order to let Americans have a chance of assisting a court ordered dismantling of the PNAC which has been adopted by the White House.

Don't know what PNAC is? Most Americans don't! It is the agenda being followed by the Bush Administration since 9/11 under cover of the War on Terrorism. If you voted for Bush you'll feel like you have been violated!

After the fiasco of November 2nd, we have discovered that we cannot rely on politicians or even politically controlled offices of Secretaries of States who control voting. If we are going to have an America of "We the People", we are going to have to take back the Government from the politicians and place them under our control.

As an outgrowth of this lawsuit, ( and I admit we are plowing new ground) we need to use every legal strategy available to obtain control of our government which we the people are supposed to own. A definition of a fascist regime is one in which control has been obtained by extreme right-wing elements. And that is where we are today. We need to end that with an:

I will make suggestions for that in the near future. What we need to do now is not allow Bush and Cheney the "mantle" of office for the new term. That "mantle" of appearing bigger and more powerful than life itself will not descend upon them if we stand together in this struggle.

1. CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES TO BE RESOLVED

In the Waning days of the 2000 election, George Bush made an agreement with his running mate to

adopt the Policies of the Project for the new American Century or PNAC, as the agenda for

his administration should he win the election. That agreement constituted a private treaty between

himself, his running mate and the Cosigners of the policy paper called Rebuilding America’s Defenses.

At no time did he consult the Congress or seek approval of implementing that policy which affects the

relationship of the US with other nations. Nor has he been open and honest with American citizens and

voters to their detriment. Plans for implementing it were underway within days of the inauguration yet it

took the 9/11 event to bring in full implementation by way of a cover of a War on Terror.



The lawsuit seeks to establish the following findings of fact and specific legal consequences



ü An injunction by the Court to permanently enjoin Bush, et al from further implementation of PNAC without full education of the American public and the open vote of the Congress to acknowledge the implementation of it by a 2/3rds majority.



ü The President of the US may not constitutionally take it upon himself to implement a private treaty as a part of the policy of government.



ü The President of the US is not immune from lawsuit when acting outside the scope of his job description.



ü The President of the US lied to the public and to the Congress to achieve his private goals and is therefore liable.

For damages inflicted upon victims of his unlawful actions.



ü If Bush is a figure head only President deferring real authority to the Vice President as de-facto president? Is it an unconstitutional act? Discovery will produce evidence of this conduct to the court.



ü The president of the US does not have the authority to enter into clandestine arrangements to promote preemptive war or to violate US law.



ü The President of the US cannot defy his oath of office to uphold the Constitution without consequence(s).



ü Bush and Cheney should be impeached for withholding information from the public about their implementing

PNAC? While the Court has no jurisdiction to impeach, the lawsuit will seek a court finding to that effect.



ü Bush, Cheney and numerous John Does are criminally liable for pursuing private ambitions by violating the Constitution, US law and international law. Appropriate Criminal sanctions should be imposed.



ü A finding by the Court that they can be civilly held personally and financially accountable for their wrongful and unlawful acts by persons adversely affected by such conduct.

Objectives of We the People

To kick George W. Bush out of office, send him packing to Crawford Texas and to seek his future trial for war crimes in the docks of the International Court of Criminal Justice. To this add Dick Cheney and his rogue companions.

It is indeed a rebirth of fascism in our time in our own country by those who have hijacked the government from their seat in the Administration and by their accomplices within the Congress along with all other inept members of the Congress who have allowed this tragedy to come upon us. How did it happen? By lies and deception and by placing the Nation under a state of fear. But not by accident. It was a well orchestrated event including 9/11 and all the suspicions surrounding it. For 9/11 was a needed event ( As stated by the paper itself) ( Sin of Omission) to implement the Project for the New American Century (PNAC) and first kicked into gear by the ill-informed interference of the US Supreme Court in a States Right matter of the election fraud in Florida in 2000. That interference resulted in an illegal electoral college vote for George W. Bush.

It was further encouraged in 2004 by a conspiracy of silence among members of the Congress on both sides of the aisle to not speak of fascism or PNAC during the election campaign which they knew or must have known was taking over America. Members of Congress who knew and were silent are guilty of treason and high crimes against the country. If they didn’t know they are inept and should be kicked out of their offices as quickly as possible. We don’t need a rubber stamp congress to the further the evil empire builder George W. Bush.

I won’t go into the parallels between September 11, 2001 and February 27,1933 when Germany began to lose its democracy and the Third Reich fascist government began. We cannot allow George Bush and company to entrench our country any deeper into the un-godly agenda of PNAC. Every American needs to stand up, listen, read and learn what is going on then decide to do something positive about it. I have suggested an:
