Don't know if he still is. Maybe dual citizenship.

He has a son serving in Iraq. Got to meet Bush personally on his visit here because of it.

3. Ah...too easy
Given that Myron is what psychologists would call 'low normal' and what someone out west would call 'dumber than a bag of hammers'...it would be mean to ascribe his shortcomings to his birthplace.

That would be an insult to most Americans--if anything, they smelt a 'dud' and sent him North

4. Found it....
Myron Thompson was born in 1936 in Monte Vista, Colorado.
He was raised on the family farm and resided there for 25 years.

He attended the University of Adams State, Colorado and received his B.A. in Business Administration and Education and then went on to do one year of Post Graduate studies. Myron also served two years in the US Military.

He moved to Sundre, Alberta in 1968 and became a Canadian Citizen in 1974.
